As part of a marketing collaboration between my company and the LA Dodgers, I designed a pop-up backdrop and a vinyl wrap for the team’s annual Fanfest event. The backdrop was set up alongside a themed carousel on site, creating an engaging photo-op experience for Dodgers fans. This installation not only celebrated team pride but also served as a social media-friendly activation, encouraging attendees to share their photos and extend the campaign’s reach beyond the event.
inspiration & direction
The marketing team requested a Dodger Stadium illustration that could work seamlessly across both the pop-up wall and the vinyl wrap for the rented carousel. To bring this to life, I researched the stadium’s architecture, layout, and signature features, ensuring the illustration felt authentic and instantly recognisable while still adaptable for multiple large-scale applications.

I ensured the design aligned closely with the LA Dodgers’ brand identity by adhering to their official color palette and overall visual tone. The goal was to keep the illustration fun and engaging while avoiding elements that felt out of place. As a subtle nod to the stadium’s surroundings, I incorporated a “Hollywood”-style sign atop the mountain behind the stadium, adding character without straying from the team’s established look and feel.
